    Can't fault the staff and my usual latte and toast as a regular customer to this chain, however, for the first time ever I was charged for the two additional butters as the one you get for each slice of toast is not sufficient. It's the little things that keep customers and it's now time for me to try another chain on a daily basis and see if they will penny pinch a customer that has used their brand everyday for the past two years.
