  Best resturant by far!!! We go at least twice a month we love it staff are brilliant and there all so good with the kids would recommend picollos to anyone theres no italian that compares to it!!

  I would have loved to have given this a really good review but I can't. I'm very disappointed. As soon as we arrived we was greeted my the very friendly manager and waiter who couldn't have been any nicer, sat down straight away at a table of our choice and it all seemed very comfortable and relaxed. Maybe too relaxed, we waited 20 minutes to receive our menu and drinks. Then had to wait 40 minutes for 2 mains. I thought maybe it would be because it was starting to get a little busy. We then had to ask 6 times for the bill and all staff just seemed to ignore us. I can understand that they are busy and under pressure but all we wanted to do was leave. I paid and thanked the waitress who took my payment. I said thank you 3 times and didn't even get a response, it doesn't take any time to say thank you, enjoy your day. Shame really as the food was stunning in such a good location! Service is poor
